Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose of the Application

Hyperfokal (hereinafter, “the Application”) allows users to calculate the hyperfocal distance or the aperture required for a specific lens based on the camera and lens specifications.

2. Registration and Access

Users may create an account by providing a valid email address and password. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. The account and access to the Application may be revoked for any violation of these terms or misuse of the Application.

3. Application Usage Rules

Users agree to use the Application in a lawful and respectful manner, adhering to all applicable laws and respecting the rights of others. The Application prohibits unauthorized uses, including any attempts to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the code, content, or data within the Application. Users may not engage in fraudulent activities or interfere with the functioning of the Application.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hyperfokal is provided free of charge and, as such, is offered “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company is not liable for any potential inaccuracies in calculations, errors in the Application, or loss of data. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Application.

5. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, code, and design of the Application are the exclusive property of Pohlbros SCP. The calculation formulas utilized within the Application are considered public domain. Users are not granted any rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify the Application or any of its components.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

Additional Provisions

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Pohlbros SCP does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Application, nor does it guarantee the security or integrity of data within the Application.
• Prohibition of Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized or illegal use of the Application, including attempts to exploit, manipulate, or otherwise misuse it, is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Content Disclaimer: Pohlbros SCP may include third-party links or data integrations. The Company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of such content.
